Four days of free tips to ramp up your resilience

If your leadership skills have been tested by a tough 12 months, it’s time to ramp up your resilience. And you can, at a free, four-day virtual summit starting on Monday, April 19.

Organizer Ravi Tangri says the Ramp Up Your Resilience summit for business owners and leaders is designed to help you and your team members bounce back from the heaviness of the last year.

Leaders have reported they are overwhelmed, exhausted, and experiencing guilt for being spread too thin. They're trying to support struggling colleagues and family members, along with trying to provide quality services. To make an impact they often sacrifice their own self-care and work-life blend. Resilience has become a survival skill.

In the summit, every day from noon-1 pm ET, you'll learn the secrets to resilience of one of these experts:

Kicking off the summit on Monday, April 19, is former Olympian and New York Times bestselling author Vince Poscente. Vince knows first-hand how innovation, persistence and fearlessness play into future success. If you're  feeling stuck or facing stressful challenges, discover how you can go from setback to breakthrough in your personal and professional life.

On Tuesday, April 20 the speaker is Michelle Cederberg who, for 17 years, has captivated audiences across North America with her empowering and humorous messages about how to set worthwhile goals, get energized for success, and live a bigger life. She believes that personal and professional success is directly influenced by how well we harness the physical, mental and emotional capacity we each have within us.

Cate Collins, who describes herself as a recovered burned-out leader, is the speaker on Wednesday, April 21. Her book, The Powerhouse in You, provides a framework to remind leaders the power of whom they really are and how to support, nudge and provide a call to action on how to invest in their own well-being on a consistent basis.

The summit wraps up on Thursday, April 22 with Patricia Morgan, otherwise known as the Spunky Seniorpreneur. Her ability to provide bite-sized knowledge nuggets for resilience has helped many people emerge stronger after facing unthinkable challenges. She provides therapy for clients troubled by distress, relationship conflict, self-doubt, and past childhood neglect and abuse. She has an MA in Clinical Psychology.

Host and summit organizer Ravi Tangri mastered complexity in his first career as a quantum physicist.  He discovered the secret isn't to complicate things, but rather to find the simple pressure points, where a little change transforms everything. He's applied this lens to find the simple pressure points to implement large scale change in organizations around the world for three decades - and to help people build their resilience to deal with these changes.

Besides seeing and hearing the four keynoters, participants will have a chance to meet in the Social Lounge and share stories, insights and strategies.
